The Summer Abroad team offers a range of services both in-person and online:
- Virtual Appointment Booking:
Schedule a virtual appointment with a Summer Abroad Advisor through our online booking system.
- In-person Drop-ins:
Drop by our office during designated drop-in hours. On Wednesdays, the entire team will be available for drop-ins. Please confirm in advance for other days.

Our phone line will be monitored during regular office hours, Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. However, during peak hours, we encourage students to reach out to us via email at summer.abroad@utoronto.ca for faster assistance.
As we continue to operate in a blended work environment, students are encouraged to contact us in advance to ensure that a staff member will be available to assist them, especially for in-person visits.
