Student Spotlight in South Korea

Lucy's Bio: Lucy is a 4th year Rotman Commerce student studying Finance and Economics. 

Our Summer Abroad Ambassador, Lucy, talks about the highlights of the South Korea program, specifically MGT395Y0: Business Modeling and Global Organizations. She discusses how the program proved to be an enriching academic experience, allowing her to see what she learned on paper in a real world context through visits to major companies and witnessing first-hand the work that went on behind-the-scenes. She highlights the team-oriented nature of the course and the practical skills this helped her gain. Outside of the academics, she talks about the fun of immersing herself in the culture of South Korea and building meaningful friendships with classmates as well as locals.
