Students can choose either a single room or a double room in the residence. If a student chose a single room, he/she will stay in a two-bedroom apartment (a "Twodio") which they will have to themselves, the second bedroom will be locked. Room features include internet access, air-conditioning, a private bathroom, a microwave, stovetop, and fridge.  Building features include access to a gym, games room, cinema, and study spaces, as well as a terrace with an outdoor swimming pool.

The cost of staying in a double room is $ 1,060, and $1,195 for a single room.
